Below you will find information about our ordering process and payment options. We offer secure and easy payment options through our payment partners Mollie and PayPal. No matter which method of payment you choose, it’s always free!

How do I place an order on hyckes.com?

You can place an order very simply by placing the items in the shopping cart. Once you have finished shopping, click on the shopping cart at the top to complete your order. You can place your order with or without a Hyckes account.

Immediately after ordering, you will receive an email with the confirmation of your order. Did you not receive this email? Perhaps it ended up in your spam mail. If you cannot find the email there either, check whether you can see your order under My account – Orders. If your order is not there, please contact customer service.

How do I pay on hyckes.com

You pay safely online when you place your order on hyckes.com. Choose your favorite items, go to your shopping cart and choose how you pay for your order:

iDeal
iDeal is an online payment method that is mainly used in the Netherlands. This requires a bank account with internet banking. 

Bancontact
Choose this payment method if you have a Belgian bank account that is set up for Bancontact.

Paypal
For this payment method you need a PayPal account. To be able to pay, you need to link a bank account or credit card to your PayPal account. Nowadays, you can pay from a PayPal account without depositing any money upfront. The payment will be debited directly from your bank account or credit card.

Credit card
We accept credit cards from VISA, Mastercard and American Express. The advantage of paying by credit card is that the amount is only debited from your account afterwards.

Payment in advance
You can also transfer the owed amount to our bank account. Together with the order confirmation, you will receive instructions from us by e-mail. We only ship the order after the money has been transferred to our account. As a result, your order may be delayed.

Klarna
For this payment method you need a Klarna account. To be able to pay, you link a bank account or credit card to your Klarna account. Then you can choose in your Klarna account for an immediate payment, payment within 30 days or payment in 3 parts.
